Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to exchange, cancel, or return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please note the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused, in its original and unopened packaging, undamaged, and include all labels and tags.
2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

To initiate a return:

• Contact us with your order number and the reason for return before sending the package.
• Returns must be approved by us prior to shipment.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within [X business days].

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

1. Notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide a clear photo or video of the damage/defect for assessment.

After approval:

• We will arrange for the product to be replaced.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us in cases of damaged or defective products.

Refunds for defective items will be processed once the product is received and inspected.

Uncollected Packages

Packages that are not collected and returned to us will incur a fee of SEK 200 to cover shipping, handling, and other administrative costs.

Stolen or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
